           We use only the highest quality ingredients.  At Moby Dick, Cod

           is used in all but one of our fish sandwiches and dinners.  Lightly 

           breaded in a cracker crumb crust and cooked in pure canola oil

           which contains 0 trans fat.  No heavy breading or batter.  Just

           compare and you'll see and taste the difference!
